The combination of resources and experience enabled the new company to meet the challenges of the rapidly expanding world market .The company processes and packs a variety of agricultural products. Our Iliada organic line is produced according to the international standards and regulations for organic farming. Supervision and certification organizations as DIO and BIO-Hellas, accredited as per European and USDA standards, are certifying our products.
Our Iliada organic line comes from olive groves where very strict rules have been applied in organic farming. Fertilizers here have no part nor does spraying.

The Extra Virgin olive oil is pressed from Koroneiki olives, and from groves located on the slopes of the Taygetous mountains which run in the South Peloponnese, on the east side of Kalamata.

The olive fruit has a bitter component (oleuropein), a low sugar content (2.6-6%) compared with other products (12% or more) and a high oil content (12-30%) depending on the time of year or variety. These characteristics are what make it a fruit that cannot be consumed directly from the tree, since it has to undergo a series of processes that differ considerably from region to region, and which also can depend on variety.
