In addition, DS FOODS LTD is functioning towards the following directions: • Fresh fruits and vegetables, • Cash and Carry, • Renting cooling storages for customers and custom monitoring, • Logistics We are open to supply any seasonal fruits and vegetables concerning the period of the year. All of the products are R.Macedonia origin. At the moment we may offer to following frozen products • Red pepper in dices (10x10, 19x19) and stripes, • Green pepper in dices (10x10, 19x19) and stripes, • Flamed (red-green) pepper in dices (10x10, 19x19) and stripes. From this season we will start with production of the following frozen products: • Sour cherry • Broccoli • Cauliflower • Carrot • Leek • Spinach Our products have been processed according to ISO ELOT EN 9001:2000 and HACCP quality standards in blancher of water in the temperature of +95ºC and then they have been subjected individually quick freezing processing type IQF in a FRIGOSCANDIA tunnel on the temperature of -33ºC.
