Description: Azienda Vitivinicola Giancarlo Capra is a small, family-run winery, not yet present in your market. We have adopted a farm philosophy: 1) in vineyards: environment respect, our wealth, from which the "real typical product" is originated; 2) in wine-cellar: making wines in a natural way, with traditional fermentation, long maceration in wooden vats, frequent racking followed by refining in large oak and chestnut barrels. Our Barbera d'Asti, is really "typical" of high Monferrato hills, because is made with simple and natural methods and its own quality is mainly due to the grape quality produced in this "terroir", not created by oenologists, with selected yeasts and intrusive technologies.
